Win + Shift + Left/Right should move the active window between monitors.
First thing after launching the program, press and hold Windows Key + Shift then press Left (or Right) arrow. If the window is minimized the options like 'move' in the right click menu are not available. If the program is open, clicking the icon on the taskbar will minimize the window.
